Einstein™ Tablet can support up to 8 external sensors at a time.
There are only 4 sensor inputs, how can 8 sensors be connected?
In order to connect more than 4 sensors at a time, use splitter cables (sold separately), which will enable the connection of up to 8 sensors simultaneously.
Which external sensors will work with Einstein™ Tablet?

Are external sensors plugged into the Einstein™ Tablet be automatically detected?
Almost all of Fourier Education’s 65 sensors have the ability to be automatically detected when used in conjunction with either MiLAB tablet app or MultiLab4 software.
How long does it take to charge the Einstein™ Tablet’s battery?
It takes up to 4.5 hours to fully charge the battery.
How long does the Einstein™ Tablet’s battery last?
The battery will last up to 8 hours during normal use and up to 7 days in standby mode.
The Einstein™ Tablet does not turn on when I press the power button?
Turning on the tablet requires pressing the ON button continuously for 5 seconds. If after a continuous press, einstein™ Tablet will not turn on, it might be that the battery needs to be charged. Charge your Einstein™ Tablet device using the original AC/DC power supply for a minimum of 10 minutes to be able to turn it on.
What is the operating temperature, can I use Einstein™ Tablet in cold weather?
• Operating temperature: -20C to +60C • Charging temperature: 0C to +45C • Storage temperature: -25C to +70C To prevent damage, do not use Einstein™ Tablet in environments outside this range.
What is the warranty on the Einstein™ Tablet?
Fourier Education’s warranty on all products is 1 year.
What software comes with the Einstein™ Tablet?
The Einstein™ Tablet comes preloaded with a variety of applications including einstein™World and Fourier Education’s MiLAB data analysis app. Since einstein™Tablet is a standard Android device, you can also download and install any app available on Google Play.
Can I add a memory card to the Einstein™ Tablet?
Yes, the Einstein™ Tablet can support up to a 32 GB micro SD card.

Why is the internal temperature sensor giving readings that are somewhat off?
The built-in temperature sensor in einstein™Tablet+ determines the ambient temperature based on the temperature inside the case. Battery use or charging may cause deviation in its calibration, raising the sensor reading by a few degrees in still air. Conducting readings in even gently moving air will reduce this error significantly.

The built-in humidity sensor in einstein™Tablet+ may be affected by battery use or charging which may cause deviation in its calibration in still air. Conducting readings in even gently moving air will reduce this error significantly.
Can I connect the Einstein™ Tablet to an external monitor or projector?
Yes, the Einstein™ Tablet has an HDMI out port that can support up to 1080p.
Can Bluetooth devices be connected to einstein™ tablet?
Yes, einstein™ Tablets have built in Bluetooth technology and allowing pairing of up to 8 devices simultaneously.
