Overview
The Internal PAR Sensor integrated into the einstein™ Tablet measures Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) within the 400–700 nm wavelength range used in photosynthesis.
The sensor detects light intensity and automatically converts the measurements into real-time PPFD values (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density), displayed in μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹.
Designed for convenient environmental and plant science investigations, the internal sensor enables immediate PAR measurements without requiring external accessories, making it ideal for classroom, greenhouse, and outdoor studies.
To view detailed specifications for this internal sensor, please refer to the Data Logger sensor specifications table (“Sensor Specs” tab): Sensor Specifications Table
